Description
* Act as the primary contact for business leaders, line managers, and employees within your designated areas
* Serve as a talent advisor and facilitator, ensuring strong succession pipelines for critical roles, identify and develop talent
* Collaborate with management to provide HR guidance on talent management, organizational and leadership development, annual HR processes, and employee engagement
* Offer expert advice and solutions on various HR matters, including performance management and compliance with local labor laws
* Lead processes in change management to support organizational needs, ensuring effective communication and transition strategies
* Support talent acquisition plans by overseeing recruitment activities in collaboration with the according partner
* Participate in global and local HR projects
Profile
* Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
* In-depth knowledge of Swiss HR practices, employment laws, and regulatory environments
* Solid experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager, with exposure in an international field
* Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) and strong data analysis skills for decision-making
* Curiosity, enthusiasm and a hands-on mentality
* Fluency in German and English
