Inside Sales is the conversion engine between marketing-generated demand and closed transactions. We have built the marketing machine. Now we need the person to own what happens next before leads get sent to Real Estate Agents. We are transforming our call-center into a data-driven, AI-augmented Inside Sales engine. /p pLead of Inside Sales AI Outbound Growth you will architect and lead an inbound and outbound-focused inside sales team that turns cold and warm leads into qualified opportunities for our Real Estate Agents. Your mandate is not about call volume. Your mandate is conversion velocity, pipeline quality and intelligent automation. You combine marketing understanding, outbound sales excellence and AI-driven process thinking to build a scalable lead-nurturing system. Your success is measured in conversion rates, appointment quality and contribution to closed transactions. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liOwn the lead-to-appointment funnel end-to-end: team targets, response time, qualification quality, handover to agent /li liDefine and enforce conversion standards across the IS team /li liAnalyse funnel data weekly to identify drop-off points and close gaps /li liBuild structured lead nurture sequences for cold and warm leads that are not yet ready to transact /li /ul h3AI Automation Focus /h3 ul liImplement and refine AI voice agents and chat solutions to provide 24/7 lead response and initial qualification. /li liBuild and maintain automated CRM Action Plans and lead‑routing triggers to eliminate manual friction and data entry. /li liContinuously audit the lead lifecycle to identify bottlenecks, using AI tools to automate routine follow‑ups and lost lead revival. /li liEliminate unnecessary manual work through workflow automation. /li /ul h3Leadership Coaching /h3 ul liLead a team segmented into specialized BDR and SDR roles. /li liOrchestrate our AI Agents for different use cases /li liUse AI-driven call analysis to provide consistent coaching, focusing on emotional intelligence (EQ) and advanced objection handling. /li liEnsure seamless, high-context transfers of qualified leads to real estate agents, establishing a trusted advisor status for the team and brand. /li /ul h3Cross-Functional Responsibilities /h3 ul liCollaborate with the Marketing and Growth teams to develop integrated nurture systems that warm up leads before they reach Inside Sales. /li liWork across our mission teams to ensure that key inside sales and client insights are taken into account throughout key initiatives. /li liProvide sales and marketing with real-time conversion data.Collaborate with Sales to make sure Real Estate Agents follow‑up on appointments and that pre‑qualification is continuously improved. /li liPartner with the Head of AI Strategy Adoption to leverage AI workflows, voice agents and CRM automations that are made available to your team - you are the key user and feedback loop, not the builder /li /ul h3Must-Haves /h3 ul libExperience: /b at least 5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Outbound Call Center or Sales Operations, with at least 4 years in a leadership role. /li libEducation: /b Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or equivalent education. Alternatively, equivalent hands‑on experience in building outbound and AI-driven sales systems. /li libAI Tech Literacy: /b Proven ability to implement and manage AI solutions (AI Voice Agents) and complex CRM functionality. /li libSystems Thinking: /b A track record of improving sales processes through technology rather than just increasing call volume combined with an understanding of how to integrate systems. /li libHigh Emotional Intelligence: /b Ability to coach a team on building trust quickly and navigating complex human emotions in high‑stakes real estate transactions. /li libData Proficiency: /b Comfortable tracking and managing performance through KPIs throughout the sales funnel. /li /ul h3Strong Advantage /h3 ul liBackground in fast-growing environments is a big advantage /li liGERMAN is a must /li liExperience with AI-Tools and AI platforms /li liPrior exposure to Swiss or DACH market /li liAcademic background from a leading university is a plus - what matters most is demonstrable impact /li liAI budget and mandate to build something that matters /li liCompetitive compensation package /li liFive weeks paid vacation plus optional additional unpaid leave /li liA team that moves fast, challenges each other, and wins together /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
