This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with strong technical understanding, structured thinking, and the confidence to lead complex sales and tender processes end‑to‑end.
How you’ll make an impact Define and execute the sales strategy for Rolling Stock within Dry Type Transformers
Develop and maintain an effective channel strategy to drive market growth
Prepare cost calculations and develop complete, competitive offers
Lead commercial negotiations with internal and external stakeholders
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Hand over awarded projects to project management teams
Build strong customer relationships through regular visits and engagement
Analyze lost bids and drive actions to improve future competitiveness
Your background Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline
5+ years of experience in sales, tendering, or bid management
Proven ability to manage complex commercial and tender processes
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
High attention to detail and structured way of working
Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus
