Ihre Hauptaufgaben
* Einrichten, Inbetriebnahme und Bedienung unserer Produktionsmaschinen
* Überwachen und Optimieren der Rüst- und Produktionszeiten/ -abläufe nach Produktionsvorgaben
* Eingreifen, Beheben und Melden bei Qualitätsproblemen
* Mithilfe bei der Behebung von Störungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Engineering und der Instandhaltung
* Betriebsdatenerfassung und Pflege des Prozessleitsystems nach Arbeitspapieren
* Mitarbeit bei Projekten und Versuchsaufträgen
* Strikte Einhaltung sämtlicher Sicherheitsvorschriften
Ihr Profil
* Sie besitzen praktische Erfahrung in den Bereichen Druck, Lackieren oder in einem technischen Umfeld und haben idealerweise Ihre Lehre zum Druck- oder Medientechnologen erfolgreich abgeschlossen
* Unbeeinträchtigtes Farbsehen sowie die Bereitschaft im Schichtbetrieb zu arbeiten
* Sie handeln kundenorientiert und besitzen höchste Ansprüche an die Produktqualität
* Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift
* Ein hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit, Selbständigkeit und Belastbarkeit sowie gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und ein ausgeprägter Sinn für Ordnung
