Medical Affairs Manager (100%) - SwitzerlandLocation:Field-based, CHDivision: Medical AffairsJob Type: Permanent roleOur Swiss affiliate in Fribourg is seeking a Medical Affairs Manager to join one of its Brand Teams, focusing on key products within our Central Nervous System (CNS) portfolio. As part of a dedicated team of four and reporting to the Medical Affairs Team Lead, your mission will be to build and nurture strong relationships with KOLs, specialists and GPs.Your main responsibilities are as follows:Build and maintain relationships with KOLs in your assigned therapeutic areaProvide accurate product information and scientific documentation, and respond promptly to specific medico-scientific inquiries from both internal teams and external stakeholders (physicians, pharmacists, patients, etc.)Offer scientific support to the Marketing and Sales departments, including training and validation of promotional materials, while ensuring full regulatory complianceOrganize and attend advisory boards, symposia, seminars and other similar eventsEnsure proper follow-up and monitoring of clinical studies and summarize literature research in databasesCommunicate relevant scientific insights from field interactions to local medical and commercial teams, contributing to the integration of real-world expertiseContribute to pharmacovigilance by assisting with the transmission and processing of Adverse Drug Reactions (ADRs)Work closely with the Brand Team on strategy development and drive the implementation of product strategiesSupport the Regulatory and Market access team if requestedPlease note that this a field-based position requiring approximatively 20% presence at our office in Villars-sur-Glâne.To carry out this mission, we are looking for a person with the following profile:Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology or a related scientific discipline; PhD strongly preferredAt least 3 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare sector, preferably with a first experience in Medical Affairs, as Medical Science Liaison, and/or medical community engagementAbility to interpret and assimilate clinical studies and scientific data, and to deliver scientific presentations and medical training to healthcare professionalsGood knowledge of the Swiss medical environment (legal/regulatory/health system)Full professional proficiency in German, French and EnglishReadiness to travel, mainly in Switzerland with occasional international travelYou are recognized for being both a team player with excellent collaboration skills and a self-directed professional who takes initiatives with an entrepreneurial mindset.
