Your responsibilities
1. Lead and develop the Resource Management & Analytics team to deliver excellence in manpower and equipment planning, forecasting, rostering, and scenario modeling.
2. Design and implement data-driven workforce strategies that enhance operational efficiency, agility, and resilience, while ensuring optimal manpower mix and cost alignment.
3. Oversee RMS system administration and drive continuous improvement through automation, rule writing, and effective change management.
4. Manage third-party labor contracts and contribute to strategic workforce planning through targeted analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
5. Provide actionable performance insights to senior leadership and drive digital transformation across all resource management processes.
6. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and professional growth while leading initiatives that strengthen long-term operational success.
