Software Engineer Lead - RAG / LLMs

For our client in the insurance industry in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced ans motivated Senior Software Engineer Lead - RAG / LLMs.
Your Responsibilities :
* Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Python
* Build modern and user-friendly frontend interfaces with React.js
* Integrate LLMs, agents, and RAG frameworks into production applications
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement AI-based solutions
* Contribute to the development of a RAG product and the scaling of AI assets
* Work with cutting-edge AI technologies, including LangChain and cloud platforms
Your Profile :
1. Proven experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on Python (backend) and React.js (frontend)
2. Solid knowledge of LLMs, RAG, and related AI / ML concepts
3. Hands-on experience with LangChain is mandatory
4. Knowledge of Node.js, Docker, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure)
5. Familiarity with deployment and optimization of AI models
6. Ability to design scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions
7. Experience working with agile development methodologies
8. Strong problem-solving skills, eagerness to learn, and effective communication abilities
9. Excellent command of English (spoken and written), German is a plus
