Tasks
Ensure crew planning systems operate effectively and reliably.
Lead system enhancements, including requirements management and projects.
Coordinate quality assurance and testing before go-lives.
Connect operational requirements from the crew area with technological innovation and act as a central interface between operations, IT, and external partners.
Responsible for the stability, compliance, and troubleshooting of all crew management systems.
Further development of the systems including requirements management, business cases, and project management.
Take care of quality assurance before go-lives, testing, interface coordination, and crew communication.
Analyze costs, productivity, and feasibility for negotiations and decision-making bases.
Act as a competence center and contact advisory person for crews regarding bidding and requests.
Skills
Experience in crew planning, management, or similar roles required.
Strong analytical skills and structured thinking are essential.
Excellent communication and prioritization skills needed.

You bring experience in crew planning, crew management, or a comparable operational planning function and want to develop digitally?

Experience in change management, digitalization, and process design
