Job description In close collaboration with your hierarchy, leading a team of experienced professionals, you are responsible for managing banquets and events, from planning to execution on site. As a true conductor of the service, you guarantee flawless execution of services in accordance with the high standards of quality, elegance, and service specific to a prestigious caterer. You organize, coordinate, and energize teams while ensuring a smooth, refined, and perfectly controlled customer experience. Diplomatic, you develop and maintain sustainable relationships with all internal and external stakeholders, actively contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty. You have a proven experience of at least 5 years in a similar role, ideally gained within a high-end catering service or the banquets/events department of a 5-star hotel. A recognized manager, you know how to make appropriate decisions while maintaining a customer-oriented vision of excellence. Possessing a keen sense of service and customer care, you are comfortable with demanding clientele and can establish a lasting relationship of trust with your contacts. A good educator, you place your teams in the best conditions to achieve set objectives, while embodying quality standards. You are fluent in French and can express yourself with ease in English; a good knowledge of German is an asset. Flexible, dynamic, and versatile, you are comfortable with irregular hours dictated by the event management of the activity. You hold a valid driving license.
