Key Responsibilities
* End-to-End Logistics Management: Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery from suppliers to distribution centres and retail stores.
* Vendor & Carrier Coordination: Liaise with freight forwarders, courier services, and 3PL partners to manage transportation and resolve delivery issues.
* Inventory Control Support: Work closely with inventory teams to ensure accurate stock levels, manage transfers, and track high-value items and data entry
* Customs & Compliance: Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, customs documentation, and luxury goods handling requirements.
* Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in logistics processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain premium service levels.
* Reporting & Analysis: Generate and analyse KPIs related to delivery performance, logistics costs, and service levels. Provide insights to leadership.
* Retail Support: Support store openings, seasonal launches, and events by coordinating timely deliveries and special logistics needs.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with merchandising, sales, and operations teams to align logistics with commercial priorities.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
* Minimum 2+ years of logistics experience, preferably in luxury retail or high-end fashion.
* In-depth knowledge of international shipping, inventory controlling and documentation, customs clearance, and logistics software (e.g., SAP, WMS, TMS).
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
* High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
