We’re hiring a high-volume, ambitious phone appointment setter to join our fast-growing team helping aesthetic & wellness practices globally.
If you can confidently make 100–200 calls per day, qualify warm inbound leads, and book sales appointments every single week, keep reading.
About Us
We work with women-owned aesthetic and wellness practices — think: medspas, hormone clinics, and functional medicine providers — and help them scale from five-figure months to six-figure months using our systems and strategy.
We’re scaling fast — and we're looking for 2-3 appointment setters booking qualified prospects into sales calls with our closers.
What You'll Be Doing
This role is all about volume, quality, and speed.
You'll be calling and texting warm leads using HighLevel (our CRM + dialer) to:
* Follow up with inbound leads who’ve opted in or expressed interest
* Qualify them quickly and book consults on our closers' calendars
* Manage and update pipeline activity daily inside our CRM
* Handle short-form follow-ups via SMS, DM, and email when needed
* Step into short triage calls or sales calls over time as needed
Compensation & Growth
* Base + Commission compensation
* $4,000–$6,000/month OTE
* Clear path to move into a Closer role within 60–90 days of consistent performance
Minimum Requirements
* 1–2+ years of experience as a high-ticket appointment setter
* Comfortable cold calling, handling objections, and qualifying leads fast
* Worked with service-based businesses (coaching, consulting, aesthetics, or health)
* Can manage conversations across phone, text, and DMs without losing flow
* Type 45+ WPM, are fluent in tech, and know your way around a CRM (HighLevel = big plus)
* Career-minded, self-led, and unapologetically competitive

Responsibilities
* Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events
* Identify and create high-value business opportunities for our sales team to pursue and close
* Prospect leads by doing a variety of actions, such as calling, texting, or emailing individuals, and chatting with them at events
* Keep an eye on what the competition is doing, and come up with a strategy to market to potential customers
* Collaborate with sales management in order to achieve objectives and enhance performance
Qualifications
* High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
* You are an organized, detail oriented self-starter who loves contributing to your team’s goals
* Understanding the sales process and how to enter information into client databases desired
* You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals
* Successful experience providing customer service preferred
Compensation: $36,000 - $75,000 yearly
