Tasks
* Facilitate diverse activities for residents to create a stimulating social environment.
* Co‑develop support projects in line with institutional guidelines.
* Design and monitor personalized projects, collaborating with the care team.

* Higher education in social work required, with project management experience.

* Strong leadership skills and ability to mobilize change.
Your tasks:
* Offer Residents a varied animation aimed at maintaining a stimulating social environment respectful of personal choices and interests.
* Co‑develop support and development projects in line with institutional orientations.
* Develop, design, and monitor individualized projects in close interdisciplinary collaboration with the Care team, in a logic of complementary skills.
* Actively engage in an interdisciplinary dynamic by collaborating with various partners and promoting the exchange of practices.
* Highlight institutional events and implement activities that strengthen social, family, and community ties.
* Organize and accompany holiday stays.
* Manage, support, and develop a team of about 5 people.
* Promote a collaborative work culture, strengthen team cohesion, and support skills development.
* Ensure all administrative tasks related to the role with rigor and organization.
* Maintain regular dialogue with the Head of the Home and the Head of Care and actively contribute to good interdepartmental collaboration.
Desired profile:
* Higher education (ES or HES) in the social field
* Proven experience in team management and/or project management
* Collaborative spirit and taste for interdisciplinary work
* Recognized leadership, ability to unite, mobilize, and support change
* Sense of priorities, solution‑oriented approach
* Relational ease, active listening, and empathy
* Strong interest in the field of disability (experience is an asset)
* Driving license required
