* A solid education with professional experience
* A medical background is an advantage
* Training in lymphatic drainage and reflexology is an advantage
* Knowledge of Ayurvedic treatments is a must
* Independent, clean and organized work style
* Business management thinking
* Interest in continuing education, openness to new ideas
* Ability to work well under pressure, flexibility, enthusiasm and sense of responsibility
* Respectful attitude toward guests, colleagues and superiors
