We are seeking a seasoned HR leader to oversee employee relations, regulatory compliance, and payroll operations across our international offices.
Key Responsibilities :
* Act as primary advisor on labor law and employment practices
* Draft, review, and manage employment agreements and contractual changes
* Address sensitive employee matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and legal escalations
* Promote a safe and healthy work environment in line with regulatory standards
* Monitor legal developments and ensure HR policies remain up to date
Payroll & Benefits Coordination :
* Oversee payroll operations in collaboration with external providers, ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Manage statutory reporting for taxes, pensions, and social contributions
* Administer employee benefits and retirement plans, ensuring alignment with company strategy and legal requirements
Operational Excellence & Data Integrity :
* Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of employee data across HR systems
* Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance service delivery
HR Governance & Policy Oversight :
* Maintain and enforce internal HR policies and procedures in line with local and international standards
* Support internal audits and ensure readiness for external regulatory reviews
* Ensure consistent application of HR practices across locations
Requirements :
* Over 10 years of experience in senior HR roles preferably in complex multinational environments
* Deep knowledge of employment law and familiarity with international HR standards
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Fluent in English, French, and Spanish
* Based in Switzerland or open to relocation
