As a key driver of future growth, International Operations is the largest operational unit covering more than 190 countries and 95% of the world's population. The Cardiometabolic Marketing team serves 25 million people each day living with chronic diseases.

* Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field; master's degree preferred.
* 10+ years' experience in sales effectiveness, commercial marketing, or sales management (pharma/healthcare industry experience strongly preferred).
* Proven record in leading teams and driving sales performance improvements.
* Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable strategies.
