Your tasks & responsibilitiesIn this role as Business Controller, you will be part of the Business Unit Controlling team and support financial steering, reporting, and analysis activities. You will contribute to financial transparency by analyzing business performance, identifying deviations, and providing insights to support decision-making.Working in a cross-functional and international environment, you will collaborate with stakeholders across business, operations, accounting, and HQ functions. You will gain exposure to various aspects of controlling while continuously developing your analytical and business understanding.Your main tasks will include:Support monthly reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes in close collaboration with HQ ControllingAnalyze financial performance and track deviations from budget, including preparing clear and structured commentaryPrepare regular and ad-hoc reports, analyses, and business reviewsMaintain and further develop reporting tools, dashboards, and controlling systemsSupport stakeholders in understanding financial figures and performance driversContribute to finance-related and cross-functional projectsIdentify opportunities for improving processes, data quality, and reporting efficiencyYour ProfileBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field and/or Finance backgroundInitial experience in controlling, finance, or a similar analytical roleAdvanced MS Excel skillsExperience with SAP (CO-PA is a plus)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured way of thinkingProactive and reliable working style with a willingness to learn and developStrong communication skills and ability to interact with different stakeholdersTeam player with a hands-on and solution-oriented mindsetExperience with BI tools (, Cognos) is beneficialFluent in EnglishGerman and/or Italian are a plusOur OfferUse your professional expertise and help us to protect the lives of patients and medical personnel.
