Warehouse Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the efficient management of our warehouse operations. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
* This is a full-time position that will be based at the customer's location.
* The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within supply chain/warehouse management (preferably technical field).
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee general warehouse management and stock control of assets stored at the customer's location.
* Record and manage inbound and outbound hardware as per customer requests.
* Manage full asset for new and existing customer hardware using Lenovo's/customer warehouse tool.
* Prepare hardware for delivery to customer sites for events and tournaments including shipping documents for shipments through the FIFA logistic team.
* Coordinate hardware collection post-events and prepare assets for deployment based on customer requirements.
* Provide accurate daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports and maintain tools that support and automate warehouse management.
* Plan and scale resources within the facility to cope with a staggered or spiked work demand.
Requirements
* Able to problem solve and think laterally.
* Able to prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
* Experience with SAP/WMS.
* Fluent in English; German language would be an advantage.

Reporting Line
You will report to EMEA CFS Regional Manager within SSG (Solutions & Services Group) organization structure.
