Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef located in Kandersteg. The Sous Chef will assist the head chef in daily kitchen operations, prepare and cook food, manage kitchen staff, and ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are maintained. The Sous Chef will also be involved in menu planning, inventory management, and training new kitchen personnel.
Qualifications
 * Proven experience in kitchen operations, food preparation, and cooking
 * Ability to manage and train kitchen staff
 * Knowledge of food safety and cleanliness standards
 * Strong organizational and time management skills
 * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
 * Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
