Main responsibilities:
 * Provide on-site (multiple locations) and remote user support
 * Install and configure basic IT hardware
 * Adapt to each client's specific processes
 * Contribute to and maintain the internal knowledge base
 * Participate in various user environment-related projects
Expected technical skills:
 * Workstation administration (installation, software deployment, security, access management)
 * Basic knowledge of Windows services (AD, GPO, DHCP, DNS)
 * Microsoft 365 environment management
 * Basic network knowledge
 * Use of ticketing tools
 * Familiarity with ITIL (certification is a plus)
Profile needed:
 * CFC in IT (or equivalent qualification)
 * Proven experience in IT support within a multi-client environment (minimum 2 years)
 * Excellent command of French (spoken and written) and a minimum B2 level in English
 * Valid driver's license (frequent travel in French-speaking Switzerland)
 * Residence in Switzerland (Swiss citizenship or valid B/C work permit)
 * Strong customer service and communication skills
 * Autonomy, team spirit, and flexibility (in terms of schedule and locations)
