Job description:

In close collaboration with the Head Chef, you will play a key role in the organisation of the kitchen and the smooth running of services.

Your duties

• Assist the Head Chef in the daily organisation and management of the brigade.
• Participate in the preparation and dispatch of dishes ensuring a high level of quality.
• Replace the Head Chef in their absence and ensure the smooth running of service.
• Supervise, motivate and support the kitchen team.
• Participate in the management of orders, stocks and goods control.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP).
• Contribute to the development of suggestions and the evolution of the menu.

You have proven experience as a Second Chef or confirmed Chef de Partie and wish to progress in a stable establishment where quality is a priority.

You notably possess:

• Excellent mastery of French and Italian cuisine.
• Good experience in traditional catering.
• A sense of organisation and responsibility.
• Leadership qualities and an excellent team spirit.
• Perfect knowledge of HACCP standards.
• Good stress management and experience with high-volume services.
• A dynamic, autonomous and committed personality.
