Job Description
This student position is designed to be a full-time role during the semester break and will offer flexibility during studies with approximately 3 working days a week. This is a great opportunity for students who are able to commit to this role for at least 1.5 years. Start date is as soon as possible .
Responsibilities
Support the inbound data processing team in Financial Operations with data processing and maintenance
Process incoming documents related to investments (i.e. filing, uploading)
Financial data analysis and input in accounting system
Assist with data clean up in systems, file documents
Combine documents received in PDF files
Management of centralized email inboxes
Requirements
Currently studying at commercial education or similar level (i.e. Swiss KV degree)
Fast learner, diligent with attention to detail
Business fluency in German and/or English
