We are focused on growing a sustainable business centred around our people, our clients and trade partners. /ppAs a Senior bCSA Project Manager /b, you will play a key role in the design and delivery of major industrial and commercial facilities - with a particular focus on data centers and advanced technology infrastructure. You will lead multidisciplinary project teams, drive the implementation of tailored and sustainable design solutions, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. /p br/b Responsibilities /bbr/br/liLead the development, design, and execution of industrial and commercial building projects, including data centers, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and substations. /liliAct as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying project requirements and developing innovative, future-ready solutions. /liliManage permitting processes in coordination with authorities and regulatory agencies. /liliPrepare conceptual, detail, and execution-level designs in compliance with building regulations and sustainability standards. /liliOversee all project phases, ensuring strong cost, schedule, and quality control. /liliCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders - including engineers, consultants, contractors, and PM Group teams - to deliver fully integrated solutions. /liliApply digital design methodologies and tools (e.g., BIM, CAD) to enhance project efficiency and accuracy. /li br/b Qualifications /bbr/br/liDegree in Architecture (Technical University) or related discipline with proven project development expertise. /liliSeveral years’ experience in planning and executing complex industrial or commercial projects — ideally within data center or high-tech environments. /liliStrong knowledge of HOAI, VOB, relevant standards, and building regulations. /liliProficiency in CAD and BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit). /liliStrong communication, coordination, and client engagement skills. /liliA proactive, structured, and solution-oriented approach to project delivery. /liliFluency in English. /lipAt bPM Group /b, we value people who share our passion for quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
