The faculty sector interfaces with the university's central service, complementing its actions by adapting or developing tools for the specific needs of the faculty. Under the responsibility of the faculty's deputy and the faculty management, you will be in charge of project management, oversee the faculty's [tools/systems], and supervise the faculty team. You will also drive the evolution of system X to fit business needs and address obsolescence.Your area of intervention may include managing:- Student affairs;- Servers;- Human resources (monitoring positions, contracts, specifications, hours);- Calendars.In your activities, you will primarily be called to:- Take responsibility for [tools/systems] used by the faculty and monitor evolving needs while implementing means and projects to ensure necessary developments;- Manage projects of the faculty by supervising and planning developments specific to the faculty, validating technological choices, ensuring compliance with methodological standards and business directives, and ultimately establishing governance for projects and representing the Faculty of SSP in meetings at the UNIL level (Committee for Demand Management (COPRO), Meetings for Student Management (Café legacy), Meeting of System Managers (RSI), etc.);- Plan activity reports presented to the faculty administration and support and advise on matters (data protection, artificial intelligence, etc.);- Manage the equipment park, access, and software requests;- Supervise the SSP faculty team, organize its activities, and assume hierarchical responsibility.Your ProfileThe profile of our future candidate is as follows:- Holder of a degree in management, a university Master's degree in systems, or an equivalent title;- At least 5 years of professional experience in business analysis, including 3 years in managing teams and projects;- Strong technical knowledge of Macintosh, Windows, and Linux systems.
