Direct responsibility for the execution of the monthly factoring activity; Ensure the identification and elimination of any foreign currency exposure from the factoring activity; Lead discussions with internal partners on Factoring related queries; Maintain the credit scoring database for external debtors in the factoring program; Be responsible for Internal / External Audit queries of Swiss Factoring program; Provision of insights to the Global Trade Credit team regarding overdue receivables; Maintain Factoring Program desktop procedures, process narratives, standard operating procedures as well as SOX compliance documents; Support the I/C COE team with execution of initiatives which have an impact on Treasury activities. Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Economics, Finance or related field. Previous experience in a global cash and liquidity environment; Foreign Exchange risk management experience; Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders, internal and external; Detail oriented, analytical, and accurate with documentation and reporting; Ability to work in a global environment; Fluency in English is essential.
