As our new Customer Service Agent (hourly contract at min. 24h/week, hybrid) in Lausanne, you will be the main point of contact for our customers and ensure they feel well taken care of in every interaction. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You are the first point of contact for our customers, handling incoming emails, feedback, and calls professionally and efficiently. You live by our motto: “There is always a solution, never a problem.”
Process and resolve customer inquiries in a structured way to ensure proactive, long-term quality improvement.
Improve our customer service processes continuously to help take FELFEL to the next level of service.
Exchange ideas with team members and share know-how to maintain consistent, high-quality customer support.
Collaborate across different FELFEL departments, such as Hardware, Operations, and Quality Control, to broaden your understanding of our processes.
WHAT TO EXPECT
YOUR PROFILE
Education or practical experience in business administration, communication, hospitality, tourism, or a similar field.
Strong problem-solving skills with a genuine drive to delight people and provide excellent service.
High motivation to learn, grow, and take on responsibility from day one.
Passion for good food and the ability to speak enthusiastically about our culinary offerings to inspire others.
Fluent French and English skills; German is a strong plus.
