Ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage group bookings, handle billing processes, and coordinate room assignments under the guidance of the Director of Sales. /li liServe as the main point of contact for group organizers regarding rooming lists and billing processes, ensuring that all requirements and preferences are met or exceeded. /li liCoordinate with the Conference Manager to align rooming and billing details with the event’s overall operations. /li liManage room blocks and monitor group reservations to ensure accurate and timely updates. /li liPrepare and distribute rooming lists to relevant departments, ensuring all special requests are handled and details are accurate and up to date. /li liPrepare and process group billing, reviewing and verifying all charges, and charge any incidentals the group incurs in‑house. /li liProvide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly. /li liReview invoices daily while the group is in‑house and ensure that all PMs are closed on checkout of the group if no credit is applicable. /li liParticipate as a team player with all departments. /li liAttend weekly coordination meetings, pre‑conference meetings, and credit meetings. /li liPrepare group commission forecasting and accruals. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Hotel Management or a related field. /li liAt least 2 years of experience in hospitality/luxury events or sales departments. /li liAbility to multitask, work in a fast‑paced environment, and maintain high‑level attention to detail and organizational skills. /li liExcellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent in Spanish and English. /li liStrong relationship building ability; capable of making people feel comfortable, including team members, guests, and colleagues. /li liInnovative, insightful, and willing to take ownership of important issues, solve problems, and make effective decisions. /li liQuick learner who adapts to a unique culture and embraces new approaches. /li liHumble and open to ideas, encouraging teamwork and efficient outcome achievement. /li liMotivated to challenge norms and experiment with new ideas. /li liDesire to work in a supportive, fun, and collaborative team environment. /li liA competitive package, ample opportunities for development, and excellent discounts across the entire Ennismore family of brands. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
