To lead the project management of an industrial project in Bulle, Brodbeck Roulet and Deillon Delley have created Mexem, dedicated to the execution and management of the site, in close collaboration with technical partners. We are recruiting: a Site Manager – Facade / Scaffolding.Your role (on site, reporting to the Site Management Officer for Closed-Cover and under the responsibility of the Facade Site Manager) involves overseeing the facade and scaffolding components on the site: managing companies, quality control, monitoring deadlines, and managing issues. You will work as part of a team with other site managers, in a structured environment, and with identified contacts. Water-tightness lots are managed by dedicated site managers, which allows you to fully focus on your facade scope and its missions.- Monitor the execution of facade/envelope lots (phasing, control, reception) closely with the Facade Site Management.- Coordinate the companies (facade specialists, installers, subcontractors, suppliers) and ensure the quality of execution: compliance with plans, details, tolerances, specifications, and report discrepancies in a structured manner within your scope: blocking points, delivery tracking, management of dependencies and interfaces.- Ensure the interfaces with water-tightness lots in collaboration with water-tightness site managers, without bearing sole responsibility for this lot.- Participate in site meetings and closed-cover sessions; prepare topics, contribute to action tracking.- Contribute to tracking requests, monitoring deliveries, updating and classifying documents; draft or feed in meeting minutes/reports as necessary and ensure document tracking via an exchange platform (Dalux ideally).- Prepare receptions within your scope in line with your technical hierarchy (building, civil engineering, architecture) or equivalent experience.Required experience: confirmed experience in site management, with actual exposure to closed-cover/facades/envelopes (and/or related lots). Comfortable on-site: rigor, attention to detail, quality/safety reflexes. Ability to work in a team, communicate clearly, and escalate issues to the appropriate level. Perfect command of French; proficiency with common tools; experience with platforms such as Dalux (a real plus).Why join us?
