We are: A non-profit fiduciary organization A provider of accounting, tax, and human resources management services, an expert in financial support for non-profit organizations A supervisory team supporting individuals in (re)integration, in crisis or professional difficulty A company that creates job opportunities An agile collective that operates with shared governance and is 100% digital ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT MEASUREMENT Our measure addresses anyone with recent experience in accounting who is struggling to find a job due to a lack of professional experience and/or wishing to: Validate a professional project in accounting Acquire/consolidate professional skills in the accounting field Acquire a work methodology Validate/develop a professional behavior compliant with job market standards Gain professional experience in a fiduciary in Geneva We offer, within our fiduciary, a practical and concrete accounting assistant activity through the management of real files. Participants benefit from supervision provided by experienced accountants as well as job coaching support aimed at their reintegration. In this framework, we provide a comprehensive program including aptitude tests for the profession, individual and collective monitoring for the development of accounting assistant skills, a structured work environment based on real client files, and support for job searching including job coaching and dedicated resources. A work experience certificate will be issued to you at the end of the program.
