Your role
Interested in working in financial services, specifically in corporate real estate and corresponding services, but not sure where to start? Do you want to be a part of the team that further develops this space at UBS?
We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Group Real Estate and Supply Chain.
Key responsibilities
* Support the execution of our real estate and services strategy of the portfolio in Switzerland.
* Support coordinating and tracking integration progress of critical services provided to the company.
* Be directly involved in collaboration with the respective teams across a broad range of topics, working directly with corporate real estate management and gaining business‑specific exposure from subject matter experts with different areas of expertise in corporate real estate and related functions within Group Real Estate and Supply Chain, e.g. In‑House Environmental Management, Workplace Experience or Supply Chain.
* Be involved in coordinating the transformation plan, tracking progress and addressing improvement actions.
* Take on coordination tasks and initiatives to support and improve teams and services.
* Be involved in city footprint strategies, assessing optimization options and launching projects. And you will take on coordination tasks and initiatives to support teams and services.
Your team
We will be working in UBS Group Real Estate and Supply Chain (GRESC) in our Zurich offices. Our function is part of Group Human Resources & Corporate Services within Group Functions and supports UBS by driving UBS’ real estate and PropTech strategy as well as all related services globally (e.g. facility management). We are responsible for driving UBS sustainability strategy for our own operations. We manage the Strategic Delivery Locations globally – comprising UBS and vendor-operated delivery sites from which offshored and outsourced services are provided to the rest of UBS. We are also advancing our global procurement strategy and identifying and delivering sourcing opportunities that provide optimal value and drive digitalization through our platforms.
Your expertise
* Has graduated with a bachelor’s or master’s degree within the last 18 months, preferably related to either real estate (e.g. real estate management, architecture, engineering, facility management with specialization in real estate management) or business analytics / data-driven studies.
* Has values that align with ours: hard‑working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative.
* Is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels.
* Is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines.
* Is flexible, open‑minded and cooperative.
* Has sharp analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Has a structured work style, confident working autonomously.
* Has excellent German and English (written and oral).
