What you will do at Parashift
As a Project Integration Engineer, you'll be a hands-on architect and integration developer of seamless connectivity, building and maintaining robust integrations between our AI-driven document automation platform and clients' ERP, CRM, and Workflow Management systems. Your role will enabling data flows, managing integration projects end-to-end, and ensuring clients unlock the full potential of our platform. Here's what you'll do:
* Provide hands-on integration consulting, designing and implementing tailored connections to client ERP, CRM, and Workflow Management systems for optimized automation workflows.
* Maintain and develop standard integrations to 3rd party systems
* Support the end-to-end integration journey, from helping to analyze client system requirements to deploying customized integrations, driving adoption, and supporting ongoing maintenance.
* Work closely with the Parashift Product Board on integration requirements and features
* Oversee integration prioritization and progress, conducting regular reviews to maintain momentum, resolve technical challenges, and ensure timely delivery of critical outcomes.

What You Bring to Parashift's Success
The ideal candidate brings:
* Integration experience: 2–4 years in building and maintaining system integrations, ideally in B2B SaaS, software, or automation environments, with a focus on ERP, CRM and Workflow Management systems.
* Technical expertise: Proficiency in integration technologies (e.g., APIs, REST, SOAP, middleware) and experience with systems like SAP, Salesforce, Camunda etc.
* Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field; equivalent hands-on experience is also valued.
* Automation knowledge: Familiarity with document processing or automation workflows, with an understanding of how integrations support end-to-end processes.
* AI/tech familiarity: Understanding of or AI-driven integration and enterprise automation technology solutions.
* Fast learner: Quick to adapt to new tools, client systems, and technical challenges, with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
* Organized and resilient: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable, with the ability to manage multiple integration projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Languages: Native German or English
