HR Reporting & Analytics Specialist (Workday)
We are seeking an experienced HR Reporting & Analytics Specialist to deliver high‑quality HR reports, dashboards, and insights using Workday. In this role, you will translate HR data into actionable outputs supporting decision‑making in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
* Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analytics in Workday
* Deliver standard and ad‑hoc reporting with a strong focus on data accuracy
* Analyse HR trends and present insights clearly to stakeholders
* Support HR teams with self‑service reporting and data interpretation
* Strong expertise in Workday reporting and dashboarding
* Able to ramp up quickly and work autonomously
* Pragmatic, delivery‑focused, and solution‑oriented
* Excellent analytical and communication skills
