Supervisor Mechanics or Electricians (Based in Switzerland for min. 3 years)

Responsibilities
* Lead and technically manage 5–8 employees in the aircraft assembly line (systems integration)
* Support the team leader in personnel management (workforce planning, evaluations, onboarding, team development)
* Perform assembly tasks, system tests, troubleshooting, and corrective actions during system integration as well as conducting quality checks in system integration
* Ensure timely execution of production orders in line with quality and safety standards.
* Drive production and quality improvements, including conducting quality checks
* Contribute to projects/sub-projects and provide regular reporting to the team leader
Qualifications
* Completed vocational training and extensive experience (>5 years) in aircraft assembly/system integration
* Strong knowledge of processes and procedures in system integration; skilled in troubleshooting
* Proficiency in English, at least B2 level, German is an advantage – please submit your application in English
* Solid Microsoft Office skills, SAP knowledge is a plus
* High commitment, flexibility, responsibility awareness, and goal‑oriented working style
* Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills with integrity and customer focus
* Important: The position is based in Stans, Switzerland, with a minimum commitment of three years, with option to proceed your career in Pilatus Ibérica, Sevilla
