You will check business books and prepare the annual financial statements at the end of the accounting period, as well as support consolidation and group accounting, playing a key role in the company’s financial reporting cycle. You will also support group consolidation and accounting efforts, contributing to a smooth and timely closing process at the monthly, quarterly, and annual levels, in line with Swiss GAAP FER and the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR).What do you do?Review account assignments and post ongoing business transactions.Create and maintain various ad-hoc and recurring cost reports.Monitor income and expenditure trends.Support group-level cash and liquidity planning.Act as Key User for the NetSuite ERP system, supporting process improvements and system enhancements.Manage intercompany transactions, including monthly reconciliation.Oversee the dunning and collection processes for accounts receivable.Monitor and manage hosting costs and traffic for customer accounts.Assist with accounts receivable billing processes.Provide support in the accounts payable area.Manage tangible and intangible assets.Assist in the preparation and execution of the year-end financial audit.Ensure compliance with internal control systems (ICS) and contribute to their development.What do you bring in?Proven experience in financial accounting and reporting, ideally within an international or group structure.
