National Field Sales Manager – Switzerland
Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to execute Key Account Management plans for on‑trade outlets across Switzerland.
Responsibilities
* Deliver field sales performance with a focus on distribution and execution.
* Deliver strong management by supervising team performance and by defining and implementing action plans with speed in working collaboratively with the Key Account and Customer Marketing teams.
* Demonstrate strong dedication to Diageo’s internal compliance policies.
* Mentoring of sales representatives based on DWWS (Diageo Way of World-Class Selling).
* Set talent up for success supported by individual development plans, teamwork, and trustworthy relations.
* End‑to‑end responsibility of investment strategy and budget of on‑trade outlet universe.
* Ensure optimal usage of the CRM and supporting tools.
* Drive accuracy of data input and further optimization of reporting.
Please note this is a field‑based position with travel requirements within Switzerland.
Qualifications
* Fluent German & French language knowledge and good English language skills.
* Experience in a commercial role, preferably in an FMCG environment.
* Strong people management capabilities.
* Solid analytical skills.
* Ability to interact and deliver changes through different levels.
* Positive energy, solution‑oriented, with meaningful interpersonal skills.
