Requirements
Must have:
- Bachelors degree in computer engineering, security engineering, or a relevant field - Masters degree from an engineering school is a plus - Sound experience of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions and best practices - Strong interest in IT security, continuous learning, secure engineering practices, and threat modeling - Knowledge of Azure cloud, Microsoft 365 services, and hybrid cloud services - Excellent command of automation, scripting, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles, and common software architecture patterns - Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies - Highly analytical and rigorous with a solution-oriented mindset and strong autonomy - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Highly versatile and able to adapt to diverse technical contexts - Fluency in English and French - Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain security solutions - Conduct and/or contribute to security projects - Assess and improve the security hardening of enterprise solutions - Participate in alert and incident response reviews and propose improvement actions - Propose new security solutions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives - Develop security workflows and automate recurring tasks - Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, incident reports, and security requirements - Contribute to enforcing robust security tools and secure coding practices in development
