Key tasks:
* Order processing: Creation, handling, and tracking of customer orders and invoicing
* Handling of quotes and customer inquiries via phone and email
* Coordination of interfaces between our customers, distributors, sales managers, logistics, production, as well as the Regulatory Affairs and Finance departments
* Creation of compliant and complete export documents, their management, and ensuring correct export and import handling
* Maintenance of the ERP system in the order processing area
* Contribution to continuous improvement and process optimization
Requirements
Your profile:
* Successfully completed vocational training in the fields of freight forwarding, international trade, or customs
* Experience in order processing and customer service
* Good written and spoken skills in English and Italian; German is a plus, any additional language is welcome
* Experience working with ERP systems and proficiency in MS Office tools
* Strong service orientation and solution-focused mindset
