Our vision is clear: we strive to make the world a better place by contributing positively to society and developing sustainable solutions for tomorrow’s challenges. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liContract analysis: review proposals and draft contracts to ensure commercial coverage and protect WSP’s interests. /li liSupport project teams during bid and execution phases: explain key contract clauses, analyze commercial conditions, identify risks and opportunities, and propose risk‑minimization strategies. /li liAssist with disputes or disagreements with clients or partners: provide strategic and operational support. /li liManage contractual communications: draft contractual letters (e.g., notifications, addenda, claims) and participate in negotiation meetings. /li liMaintain documentation: organize and update contract archives and project documents. /li liCollaborate with the legal department: work with legal teams on sensitive or complex contract topics. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liMaster’s degree or equivalent, preferably in engineering or related fields. /li liAt least ten years of experience as a Contract Manager and/or Project Manager in construction, preferably with knowledge of SIA and KBOB norms. /li liExcellent written communication skills for contractual correspondence and negotiation participation. /li liStrong organization, accuracy, independence and proactive work style. /li liOpen and curious personality with a desire to work in an international and multicultural environment. /li liExcellent interpersonal skills and high motivation to collaborate with diverse teams. /li liVery good German and English skills in written and spoken form (minimum C1); French knowledge is a plus. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 pWSP provides a diverse and inclusive work environment that values your strengths.
