Responsibilities
* Analyze the security status of OT systems and industrial networks (SCADA, PLC, DCS).
* Implement robust OT security architectures according to internal guidelines.
* Develop and maintain OT-specific security standards and policies.
* Conduct risk analyses, vulnerability assessments, and penetration tests.
* Collaborate with OT operations, engineering, and external partners to strengthen security culture.
* Plan and execute awareness programs and OT training sessions.
* Support TISAX, IATF 16949, and other audit and compliance requirements.
* Participate in projects to enhance OT security maturity and resilience.
Qualifications
* Degree in information security, automation engineering, or a related field.
* Certifications or training in OT/IACS security are advantageous.
* Minimum of 3 years experience in OT/cybersecurity.
* Knowledge of OT security architectures, network security, and segmentation.
* Experience with industrial protocols (e.g., OPC UA, Modbus, PROFINET, DNP3).
* Familiarity with standards like IEC 62443, ISO/IEC 27000, IATF 16949.
* Understanding of SCADA/ICS/PLC systems and industrial firewalls is desirable.
* Experience with vulnerability analysis, risk assessment, and penetration testing in OT environments.
* Excellent German language skills.
