Role overview
They are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Silo Solutions to drive business development and manage strategic client relationships in the DACH region. This role focuseson expanding our client’s footprint in industrial bulk storage and handling through custom silo solutions.
Key responsibilities
* Develop and grow a portfolio of clients in sectors such as energy, mining, agriculture, and manufacturing.
* Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs analysis, solution design (with internal teams), proposals, negotiation, and closing.
* Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and operations teams to deliver tailored silo solutions aligned with client needs.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technical innovations, and competitive offerings to inform sales strategy.
* Represent our client at industry events and trade shows to build brand presence and develop leads.
* B2B sales experience in logistics, industrial solutions, or engineering services.
* Solid understanding of silo systems and/or bulk material handling equipment and processes.
* Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Willingness to travel.
