For our location in Frauenfeld (Switzerland), we are looking for a motivated colleague (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible, working 50% of full-time hours daily as:
Your mission
* You will process orders according to requirements and budget specifications.
* You are responsible for obtaining and comparing quotes.
* Your tasks include maintaining and managing supplier master data, monitoring delivery dates, and ensuring on-time delivery.
* You assist in optimizing purchasing processes and costs.
* Collaboration with other departments (e.g., production, logistics, quality assurance) is a matter of course for you.
Your profile
* You have completed commercial training or have comparable qualifications.
* Initial professional experience in purchasing is an advantage.
* You are proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., Navision, SAP).
* You are characterized by a structured and independent way of working.
* You have strong negotiation and communication skills.
* You have a good command of written and spoken German and English.
