Job Title: Smart PV Solution Manager
Job Location: Zurich or Bern, Switzerland
Main Responsibilities: As a Solution Manager for our Smart PV product category, you will play a pivotal role in driving product success in the Swiss market. Your responsibilities include:
* Market Analysis & Solution Design: Analyze local market requirements and deliver optimized product solutions tailored to customer needs.
* Go-to-Market Execution: Manage the introduction of 2–4 new products per year, including full go-to-market planning, localization of product documentation, and training for partners and key customers.
* Market Share Growth: Lead the expansion of our market presence by building strong business relationships, developing partnerships, and entering new markets.
* Global-Local Alignment: Liaise with the global product line team to incorporate Swiss market requirements into product development.
* Training & Enablement: Deliver technical training for internal teams, distribution partners, and key customers to ensure product understanding and successful adoption.
* Project & Bidding Support: Support strategic bids by preparing technical solutions, including bills of materials and quotations, while maintaining accurate project documentation.
* Industry Engagement: Engage with universities, industry partners, and associations; actively contribute to the development of relevant standards and guidelines.
Requirements:
* At least 3 years work experience in a technical sales position in renewable energy industry.
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineer or a similar technical field.
* Good understanding of power electronics such as inverters and energy storage systems.
* Fluent English and German skills (both spoken and written), French is a strong advantage.
