Infrastructure Maintenance TechnicianAs an Infrastructure Maintenance Technician, you play a key role in supervising and managing maintenance activities for equipment and buildings at the Micarna site, a leading meat producer and member of Migros-Industrie. You contribute to ensuring the availability, reliability, and safety of facilities and infrastructure.What you will accomplish- You perform preventive, corrective, and curative maintenance (freight elevators, doors, minor locksmith work), and supervise technical building maintenance.- You collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure the safety and quality of interventions.- You identify root causes of malfunctions and implement necessary measures.- You create and update maintenance plans.- You supervise work orders and collaborate with colleagues from other departments.- You manage spare parts inventory and ensure the receipt and inspection of ordered goods.What you bring- Education: Completed professional apprenticeship. You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as an electrical installer, automotive/heavy vehicle/agricultural mechanic, or an equivalent qualification.- Professional experience: 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, particularly in the building sector. Knowledge of the agri-food sector, knowledge of electricity, mechanics, locksmithing, and experience in technical building management.- Sense of rigor, autonomy, and proactivity.- Proficiency in office tools (Office Suite, good knowledge of an ERP).- Good physical condition and flexibility to work some weekends (~2 Saturdays/month, very exceptionally on Sundays).- Desire to develop in the role in the medium term.- French (excellent knowledge).- German (good knowledge).What we offer- Leave: 18 weeks maternity leave / 4 weeks paternity leave.- Equitable: Loyalty & Anniversary bonuses and paid leave from 5 to 40 days.- Employee meals at Micarna cost from CHF 5.- to CHF 7.-.
