About the Role
As a Solution Architect System Integration you will drive the technical implementation of our integration strategy, ensuring seamless connectivity between specialized business applications and operational technologies. You will report directly to Enterprise Architecture, playing a vital role in shaping SR Technics’ digital future.
Responsibilities
* Translate business needs into technical requirements, focusing on integration and connectivity.
* Advise on system and data changes, assessing their impact on operations and IT infrastructure.
* Lead the technical implementation of system integration and connectivity by evaluating, selecting, and deploying future‑ready solutions aligned with evolving business needs.
* Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient integration solutions aligned with IT standards, guiding internal and external engineers and developers and supporting business analysts.
* Ensure consistent use of change management standards, templates, and documentation.
* Promote a positive safety culture by ensuring compliance with Safety and Quality policies.
Qualifications
* Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field, with at least 2 years’ experience in system design and integration.
* Background in system and application integration, ideally including SaaS and operational technology.
* Solid understanding of integration patterns, standards, and governance models, including security concepts.
* Hands‑on experience with microservices, event‑driven architectures, and protocols such as REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
* Project experience integrating SAP and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) preferred.
* Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organisational skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions.
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
