Overview
This role is based in the Canton of Vaud, Switzerland. Candidates must hold a valid Swiss work visa or have existing work authorization.
Your Role
As Procurement Manager, you’ll lead sourcing strategy execution across assigned sites and categories, aligned with our 3–5 year roadmap. You’ll handle supplier relationships, ensure compliance, and deliver measurable value through cost savings and critical initiatives.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Implement sourcing strategies and lead procurement projects across multiple sites
* Lead supplier qualification, risk mitigation, and source-to-pay process optimization
* Drive Class I & II savings and develop value plans for assigned supply base
* Ensure supplier compliance and performance across regional suppliers
* Collaborate with global and regional sourcing teams to align strategies
* Act as the key point of contact for collaborators at assigned sites/categories
What You Bring
* Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain (preferably in manufacturing or healthcare)
* Strong understanding of category strategy and source-to-pay processes
* Proven negotiation skills and ability to build a pipeline of cost-saving opportunities
* Analytical approach with the ability to assess market trends and supplier capabilities
* Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
* Proactive, results-oriented approach with a track record of successful strategy execution
Compensation
Compensation range for this position: 140 000 to 150 000 CHF / year
