Senior Manager, Change Management & Training
Locations: Raynham, MA, United States; West Chester, PA, United States; Raritan, NJ, United States; Zuchwil, Switzerland; Ringaskiddy, Cork, Ireland.
This role sits within the Supply Chain Services capability and supports the Global Supply Chain with a focus on Supply Chain & Operations systems, leading and implementing business adoption activities for ERP and other SC&O platform implementations.
Develop and implement end-to-end change management plans for ERP and supply chain system implementations, upgrades, and process redesigns.
Conduct organization readiness assessments and change impact analyses to identify risks, gaps, and mitigation strategies.
Ensure the Program Management Organization (PMO) is aligned, fully aware of resource needs, coordinated deliverables, and areas of risk and/or concern.
Design stakeholder engagement frameworks, identify key stakeholders, and drive engagement and alignment across key discussions and decisions.
Collaborate with process leads, business owners and subject matter experts to identify major changes across People, Process, and Technology.
Integrate Change Impact Mitigations into project governance and communicate appropriately to impacted partner groups.
Develop and implement a comprehensive business readiness and cutover plan enabling impacted functions to migrate onto the new platform (e.g., transactional data clean‑up, re‑labeling, physical inventory counts).
Provide proactive, concise, and pertinent communications to key groups and impacted users regarding project execution, business transformations, change impacts, and program awareness.
Gauge the organizational pulse through dialogues, surveys, and other means to better understand perspectives and opportunities.
Partner with leaders, process leads, and business SMEs to understand end‑user audiences, needs, and changes, designing and delivering curriculum and training.
Track training effectiveness and performance to drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with global supply chain experts to design, develop, maintain, and improve global business processes and integration points.
Deliver project goals on time and within budget, partnering with program leads to establish coordinated project plans/schedules/results, especially around execution of business simulation and validation/readiness.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, Organizational Change, or related field. Master’s degree (MBA, Organizational Development, Change Management, or similar) preferred.

Preferred certifications: PMP, APICS, Lean/Six Sigma, ACMP, or comparable change/training certifications (including Prosci certification).
Languages: English required; additional languages preferred in this global role.
Travel: Up to 20–30% global travel may be required.
