Junior Growth Marketing & CRM SpecialistAre you curious about marketing, CRM, and data? Do you enjoy combining technology and data to solve business challenges?We are looking for an ambitious and hands-on Junior Growth Marketing & CRM Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our Marketing and Sales teams and gain practical experience across the entire acquisition funnel—from digital marketing to CRM management. You will help identify new business opportunities, strengthen customer engagement and support the growth of our marketing activities.We are a leading Swiss HRTech company specialising in background checks for candidates and employees. Founded in 2016, with teams in Yverdon and Bern, we support B2B clients across industries including banking, insurance, healthcare, luxury goods, public sector, NGOs, energy and security. Our mission is simple: help companies make better hiring decisions through trusted, compliant and efficient background screening.Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Growth- Support inbound and outbound campaigns through lists, email sequences, landing pages and form optimization.- Optimise lead capture and nurturing flows to convert website visitors and prospects into qualified sales opportunities.- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure efficient lead follow-up, tracking and reporting.- Identify, test and implement new growth opportunities using AI, automation and new marketing tools.CRM & Data Management- Maintain, configure and optimise Zoho CRM, including contact/company records, sales pipelines and activity tracking.- Build and manage automation rules to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.- Ensure CRM data quality, consistency and completeness.- Manage data imports, exports and cleaning while maintaining data privacy.Email Marketing- Plan, build and execute email campaigns to qualified leads and engage prospects.- Create and optimise nurture sequences and optimise lead scoring.- Conduct A/B tests to improve open rates, click rates and conversion performance.- Monitor deliverability, sender reputation and analytics.Your profile:- Initial hands-on experience in CRM, automation, email marketing, digital marketing or growth marketing through a job, internship, traineeship or personal projects (B2B or B2C).- Passionate about using technology, AI and data to solve business challenges.- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.- Organised, detail-oriented and reliable.- Curious, proactive and eager to learn.- Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.- A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.- Experience with Zoho CRM is a plus but not required.- Fluent in French and/or German, with good working knowledge of English.What we offer:- A unique opportunity to develop expertise in Growth Marketing, CRM and data exposure to Marketing, Sales and business growth.- An entrepreneurial and supportive work environment.- Exposure to a wide range of marketing disciplines.- Contribution towards fitness and sports activities.- Competitive salary and benefits.- Flexible work environment: Yverdon / Bern office and remote work.Interested?We would love to hear from you! jid261fdd2aen jit0625aen jpiy26aen
