Job Overview:
This is a temporary part time, six month assignment offering approximately 12 hours per week.
You will work with a team within our Lausanne, Switzerland facility, and report to the Sr Manager, Coffee Quality.
What you will do:
1. Responsible for the reception, registration, and codification of samples into the existing tracking systems and databases.
2. Prepare and set up samples and rooms for sensory tasting events, including dosing, grinding, and, when required, roasting.
3. Follow all safety protocols and general housekeeping practices. Ensures the area and its equipment and supplies are kept clean and organized daily or after work has been completed.
4. Participate in the preparation and organization of extra calibration and training exercises, on-site and internal training sessions.
5. Maintain Coffee Corner equipment and roasted coffee supply.

Requirements:
6. Ability to multi-task, with attention to detail, manage time, and to work independently.
7. Ability to perform standardized work with repetitive tasks and motion.
8. Proven organizational and communication skills.
9. Good working knowledge of the English language (written & spoken).
10. Swiss nationality or holder of a valid Swiss work permit.
