We’re seeking a driven Digital Growth Specialist who thrives in our international environment where over 15 nationalities collaborate daily. You’ll join our lean, agile marketing team where we prioritize impact over activity and constantly optimize our daily tasks based on opportunities and results. What You’ll Own
* Help Drive Performance Marketing: Support and contribute to paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, turning data into student enrollments
* Master Social Advertising: Create and scale paid social campaigns that resonate with our global audience
* Optimize the Journey: Collaborate on CRO initiatives, testing everything from landing pages to conversion funnels to maximize student inquiries
* Support Email Marketing: Assist with email campaigns and learn best practices for nurturing prospective students and parents through their educational journey
* Coordinate Cross-Functionally: Work across teams while maintaining ownership of your projects and deliverables
* Leverage AI for Scale: Learn cutting-edge techniques for using AI tools to scale marketing efforts across global markets and optimize campaign performance
* Analyze & Iterate: Transform complex data into actionable insights, focusing on conversions, cost-per-acquisition, and student lifetime value
* Stay Ahead of Trends: Scout emerging digital marketing opportunities and bring fresh perspectives to international campaigns
* Scale What Works: Take ownership of campaign performance, celebrate wins and pivot rapidly when data suggests a better path
Your Profile
Essential Experience
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
* 2–4 years in digital marketing with hands-on paid search and paid social experience
* Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and analytics platforms
* Track record of managing campaigns with measurable ROI improvements
* Strong analytical mindset with experience in data interpretation and reporting
* Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Highly Valued
* Experience in working in a multinational setting across different markets
* Experience in an agency and/or startup setting
* Experience with conversion rate optimization tools (Optimizely, VWO, or similar)
* Email marketing platform expertise (SF Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, or equivalent)
* Multilingual capabilities (additional languages beyond English a plus)
