Overview Account Manager France and Benelux (M/F/D) – Location: Rapperswil, Switzerland. Full time, remote, hybrid; preferably based in France or Benelux.

Responsibilities Emphasize deepening and strengthening customer relationships, ensuring consistent communication, and delivering value-added solutions by understanding customer needs in France and the Benelux region, with a focus on transformer OEMs.
Define a strategic roadmap for major accounts, including objectives, milestones, and development plans to support long-term partnerships aligned with customer goals.
Work cross-functionally with Customer Service, Product Management, Quality, and Logistics to deliver tailored solutions and align priorities. Coordinate internally to meet customer requirements and resolve issues effectively.
Lead price and contract negotiations with customers, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and commercial goals.
Qualifications Degree in Engineering or related field; minimum 10 years’ experience in B2B Account Management or technical/industrial Sales
Strong knowledge of the electrical transformer industry or experience with transformer OEMs
Proven ability in contractual negotiation and commercial decision-making; excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a multicultural environment
Project management experience and process-oriented mindset is a strong plus
Familiarity with the train/traction market is a plus
Fluent in French and English (required) and Dutch and/or German (preferred)
