About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical
Risk Analyst
to join our Swiss team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across the organization. You will analyze financial, operational, and market data, provide insights to support decision-making, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct risk assessments and analyze potential financial, operational, and market risks.
* Monitor and report on key risk indicators (KRIs) and trends.
* Support development and implementation of risk management policies and procedures.
* Assist in stress testing, scenario analysis, and risk modeling.
* Collaborate with internal teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks.
* Prepare reports and presentations for management and regulatory bodies.
* Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and internal policies.
* Continuously monitor industry developments, emerging risks, and best practices.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field.
* 2–4 years of experience in risk analysis, compliance, or financial analysis.
* Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
* Knowledge of risk management frameworks, regulations, and industry standards.
* Excellent communication and reporting skills in
English

German and/or French
is a plus.
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and in teams.
* Experience with risk management software or BI tools is an advantage.
